Hershey Capital was founded on a simple principle: real estate investing should move at the speed of opportunity, not the pace of bureaucracy.

After years of working in real estate, we saw too many deals collapse under the weight of slow approvals, rigid banking rules, and missed deadlines. That’s when we built our private lending platform. Starting with our own capital and relationships, we began funding small fix-and-flip projects and short-term bridge loans.
